ChemOvation provides
integrated drug design and discovery services to the pharmaceutical
and biotechnology industries. We offer tailor-made, flexible
solutions to individual clients and have particular expertise
in a range of chemistry services aimed at progressing
new drugs towards commercialisation with maximum efficiency

ChemOvation’s
expertise includes medicinal chemistry, focused library
design and parallel synthesis. Having identified which
molecules need to be made, we are then able to make
these for biochemical testing and, as a result of these
tests, refine and optimise the positive molecules into
drug candidates. |

ChemOvation’s CEO, formed the company in 1999 backed
by the Novartis Venture Fund. |

In early 2001 the company
merged with KuDOS Pharmaceuticals. ChemOvation then moved
into new facilities undertaking both drug discovery and
development for the KuDOS oncology programme, and offering
a growing range of similar services externally to major
pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers. |

|
|
In February 2005, ChemOvation
spun out from KuDOS. We’re now a dynamic independent
business, highly focused on our customer drug discovery
requirements. |

In March 2006 we moved to
new expanded purpose-built laboratory and office facilities
outside Horsham, West Sussex, UK. |
