Chemical development can also be undertaken to provide entry into efficient library synthesis. In addition ChemOvation chemists undertake process development work allowing the rapid transfer of drug substance to GMP manufacture.

Analysis and purification

ChemOvation offers cutting edge analysis and purification technologies to enable the rapid production of high quality compounds.

We are able to provide purification and analysis using:

	Classical LC-MS analysis
	NMR
	HPLC C18 semi-prep methods

We are able to use combinations of these techniques to fully support individual project requirements and to enable us to provide rapid throughput purification.

Supercritical fluid HPLC systems with evaporative light scattering detection enhance the purification capabilities allowing larger sample processing and more precise quantification of library members. This together with high throughput solid phase extraction and parallel flash chromatography give ChemOvation excellent flexibility and throughput in compound purification and analysis.
