Intriguing compound libraries from new
combinatorial chemistry company
ChemOvation has introduced a range of innovative
compound libraries to give the strongest possible lead-generating
potential, and accelerate drug candidate realisation.
Privileged random libraries are based on the
following building blocks: Pyrimidines, triazines, piperazines,
guanidines and sulphonamides. Scaffold-based random libraries are
built around novel and known structures used in new situations.
ChemOvation also designs focused libraries based on hits from random
libraries.
The synthesis method is selected to complement
the chemistry in each case, and any established reaction can be
taken to build novel compounds, which can be ClogP and size restrained
if required. Purification method is also chosen to suit, with an
appropriate level of HPLC checking. Optional extras include computational
toxicity and metabolic screening, plasma protein binding and diversity
measurements.
All ChemOvation libraries have high purity levels
and are supported by a distinctive physicochemical information package.
