Chemist at SB Pharmaceuticals leading a team researching
antibacterial agents with novel mechanisms of action.
Part of a team that developed potent inhibitors
of bacterial beta lactamase thus improving the effectiveness
of established antibiotics.
Pioneered the use of
computer technologies for medicinal chemists and
worked in a disciplinary team to streamline the
high throughput screening process.
